Hot Air Furnace Introduction
The hot air furnace heats the blast air to the required temperature to improve the efficiency of the blast furnace; it works on the principle of "heat storage". Gas is burned in the combustion chamber, and high-temperature exhaust gas passes through the checker bricks to store heat. When the checker bricks are fully heated, the hot air furnace can switch to air supply mode, where combustion valves close and air supply valves open, allowing cold air to be heated by the checker bricks and discharged. When a blast furnace has 3-4 hot air furnaces, two or three are heating while one supplies air, alternating between them.
Product Classification

Direct High-Purification Hot Air Furnace
Uses direct fuel combustion with high purification treatment to form hot air, directly contacting materials for heating, drying, or baking. Fuel consumption is reduced by about half compared to steam or other indirect heaters.

Note: This direct heating type hot air furnace is not suitable for heating in livestock farming.

Indirect Hot Air Furnace
Suitable for materials that cannot be contaminated during drying, or for heat-sensitive materials requiring lower temperatures. Examples: Milk powder, Pharmaceuticals, Synthetic Resins, Fine Chemicals.

- Advantages: Compact Size, Stable Hot Air Temperature, Long Service Life, Low Maintenance Cost
- Disadvantages: Lower Heat Exchange Temperature Than Storage Type, Not Widely Used

The Chain Grate Energy-saving Hot Air Furnace is a new type of high-efficiency energy-saving furnace with 5 national patents. It features energy-saving front and rear arches and a cyclone combustion chamber at the rear, ensuring complete fuel combustion with low heat loss. The principle involves coal being fed into the furnace through the grate, with fan air passing through the coal layer, fully combusting with the coal on the chain to produce high-temperature flue gas. The high-temperature flame enters the secondary combustion chamber and cyclone combustion chamber for re-combustion, resulting in flue gas blackness below "Ringelmann 1".
